Staring April 1st 2009, Mentari Subscriber can still enjoy Mentari FREE CALL All Day Long program. In this program, subscribers can enjoy FREE On Net Indosat (Matrix, Mentari, IM3 & StarOne) Local and Long-Distance calls all day long up to 7200 seconds (2 hours). This program applies to Mentari subscribers using Sakti Package (or Mentari Package)These following mechanisms apply
Mentari subscribers only have to make calls to another Indosat number (Matirx, Mentari, & StarOne) according to these following terms:

- FREE CALLS All Day Long can be enjoyed on the next call after on net Indosat calls reach minimum accumulation. Example: A subscriber in West Java made calls under 17.00 First call = Rp 1.000, and second call = Rp 550. The subscriber will receive FREE CALLS All Day Long after subscriber finished his/her second call. (Total call cost from Mentari to other Indosat On Net numbers = Rp 1.550).
- FREE CALLS All Day Long can only be used within subscriber’s subscription region during the same day within the timetable stated above.
- FREE CALLS All Day Long round-ups accounted in every 30 seconds on Monday to Friday, and 60 seconds round up during Saturday to Sunday.
- Mentari subscribers with Reguler/Bonus package, and IM3 subscribers may also enjoy this program by migrating their package into Sakti package (Paket Mentari), by typing: reg<space>mentari and send to 2020. Moving package after activating Starter Pack at no charge, any package switching afterwards will be charge Rp 3.000 (VAT included). To check your package active package subscription type STAT send to 2020. Rp. 3000 will be charge per SMS.
- For new subscribers who recently bought Mentari Starter pack with Strater Credit bonus of Rp 3.000, Mentari FREE CALLS All Day Long program can be enjoyed after subscribers made a 1x reload with any credit denomination voucher (except SMS credit voucher)
