JAKARTA - Setelah menjangkau Palangkaraya Juli lalu, 3 (baca: Tri), operator jaringan GSM milik PT. Hutchison CP Telecommunications Indonesia kembali memperluas cakupan layanannya di Kalimantan.
Mulai 15 Agustus 2010, sinyal Tri dapat dinikmati oleh masyarakat Pontianak. Hadirnya Tri di Pontianak sekaligus menandai jangkauan Tri telah merambah hingga 24 provinsi di Indonesia.
"Kehadiran kami di Pontianak membuktikan keseriusan untuk terus berekspansi ke penjuru Indonesia menghadirkan akses komunikasi bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Fakta ini juga menekankan komitmen Tri dalam keseriusan menjalankan bisnis telekomunikasi di Indonesia, karena sejauh ini Tri adalah satu-satunya operator yang melakukan perluasan jaringan tercepat dalam kurun waktu tiga tahun bahkan perluasan ini masih akan terus berlanjut," ujar Presiden Direktur Tri Manjot Mann melalui keterangan resminya, Senin (16/8/2010).
